otto&otta® is conceived from a belief that every purchasing choice can make a difference. We are hardly and seriously working for the best quality possible and the maximum attention to details. We strive to use the best quality available and be as environmentally friendly as possible (organic cotton, less toxic inks, handcrafted production, recycled plastic and paper as packaging, ..).
what about otto&otta® silver jewellery?
otto&otta® jewellery is made in Italy, in Arezzo workshops. All the products are handcrafted in pure silver 925. Every single piece is submitted to the highest quality check. Any slight inaccuracy or defect is proof of the authenticity of the handicraft production: from the design to the fusion, from the shaping to the final polishing. As well, the limited amount of stock is due to a limited capacity of production which, as a choice, we want artisanal and selected.
how do I know what size to order?
For each product available in different sizes, there is a link to our sizing chart or a simple detailed description in the product page. It is available as for clothes as for jewellery (particularly for rings). Click the button, get the measuring tape out and do the math.
how long does it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in Holland usually takes about 3 business days, some times less.
International orders in the EU usually take about 5-8 working days, depending on the destination and customs processing. It could also go faster, but we cannot guarantee it.
what shipping method do you use?
We work with POST NL and DHL because they offer an excellent service for a perfect price. With their advanced system, every parcel can be track&trace. It means that you can always keep an eye on your purchase from us to you.
how much does shipping cost?
It depends on your country and the size and weight of your parcel. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, tap “calculate shipping”‘, select your country, and press the “update totals” button.
do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. We ship to all the European countries.

how secure is your store?
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Sisow hosts iDeal payments. Sisow is a Payment Service Provider (PSP) that offers consumers a safe and convenient way to make online payments. Sisow Internet payment is fully secure. Payment details are only accessible to Sisow, and not to third parties. All webshops affiliated to Sisow comply with strict security criteria. The security features of Sisow’s payment systems and procedures are tested yearly.
what forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) all through either PayPal or Ideal. We also accept direct bank transfers/payments.
Hmmm, I can’t pay through PayPal or iDeal.
There are always exceptions to the rule: should you encounter a payment issue you can always go for the direct payment option. That way you make your payment directly into our bank account (please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account). If you live in the area, you can also opt for the Local Pick up option in the checkout and pop by for a good old fashioned cash payment.
what is your return policy?
All products must be returned unworn, undamaged and with the original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase.
